About Karl Becker
I am passionate about guiding companies through positive change – specifically around their sales/marketing organizations. I believe in the power of intentionality and team. My focus is working with SMB owners and leadership teams that are open to change and want to create more stable and predictable revenue by focusing on fundamentals first versus looking for a quick win with a new strategy or tactic. My entire approach to building high performing (and happy/highly functioning) sales organizations is to help leaders understand their current state and then co-create a new reality with them and their team. I have seen a ton of success and positive culture shifts by unlocking the sales team and working together toward a shared vision.

Karl Becker has a BA in Economics from The Colorado College and an MBA from Leeds School of Business.
